This is one MONSTER of a bat! A special core with a hand-boned maple rock maple barrel,makes for an enormous amount of ball speed off of the barrel! Forget your half-dead winter cage bats that are made in China,this is an absolute power house. The VERITAS P-157 has a 2 9/16"+ barrel,and a 15/16" grip.The barrel is cupped with the length and the weight marked appropriately there.The weight drop ranges from a -3.1 to a -2.5 in the longer lengths,although -3 is the benchmark on this model.

New VERITAS Jr. for the younger guys,pictured at vey bottom), comes in a scaled-down version with all of the power,in a -6 drop.

 The Optimus is a new and radical concept for composite wood bats.The core is a full extrusion of aerospace carbon and kevlar combined with a special wood core that is incorporated in the overall design.Designed primarily for the College player in mind,the Optimus will only come in a 33" and a 34" with a -2 drop.It has already been nicknamed,"the Admiral",by a very promising player at Eastern Arizona.Quoted as "having a hammer" on the end,is only one of this model's weapons.

This is one tough bat! The Padauk wood core is strong,impact resistant,yet flexible like vulcanized rubber.The Rock Maple barrel adds incredible jump off of the barrel.This is definitely a distance hitting bat.The grip is reduced and extended to add a powerfull hammer effect upon impact.Superb balance and a modified 271 profile,provides optimum performance,.........absolutely!      Weight drop varies between -2.3 to -3.8  2 7/16" barrel/7/8" grip.
